The moral law of God precisely controls the necessary balance of creative power in Godly creation and the cultivated nations. Gods pronouncement of objective reality into peaceful actuality can not be baffled. The same God who holds the stars in their place. the God who controls the balance of nature and the powers of nations. God has freely spoken eternal law, covenants, godly rulings, curses and pledges to satisfactorily establish His enabling statutes. The cardinal rules of God that madly promote social stability in the original community of saints are substantiation that God has sufficiently established the active recreation of all lovely effects in His eternal law, covenants, etc. The Psalmist is tutoring that for man to be successful, a solid foundation has been created without the aid of any other power. God created the private theater to inseparably unite the social success of His comprehensive statutes in stoutly promoting mans capability as responsible mans ongoing obedience. As man enjoyed the more expansive goods of Gods power and protection, he illuminated a greater bouncy of God glory. Gods eternal attributes were inseparably united with the creative process of time as the abecedarian structure blocks in comfortably establishing His applicable statutes. Man pronounced the Godly law, covenants etc to rise up to the most demonstrative praise of God as the sanctioned seal to help him from always falling into creative destruction. But when sin and creative destruction entered into the private theater, mans noble estate fell into reproach and eternal darkness. The nonstop creation was cursed. Because God is absolutely sovereign at all ample times, He has destined fall of man and the effective remedy from before the foundation of the earth. God who faithfully upholds moral law was no way baffled from comfortably establishing the moral foundations of the Godly creation. He upholds applicable statutes by pronouncing eternal death to the sanctioned corruption to renew the creation. The Psalmist is precisely tutoring that God has reestablished the capability of man to rise up in lesser praise to God in cursing the wicked curse. As God produced man in the private theater to rise up in the most demonstrative praise to be sealed in, perfect righteous, He has formerly again given man absolute power in prostrating the opposition by growing up and down.7 Sing to the LORD with thanksgiving; make music to our God on the harp. As man pronounces the curses, He vicariously experiences the social stability of established government in the excellent defense of Gods Law. As man pronounces the moral law, covenants, curses, etc, he rises up in praise to God as the instrument of recreating the moral foundations of the theater. 15He sends his command to the earth; his word runs fleetly. 19He has revealed his word to Jacob, his laws and decrees to Israel.
