Prov. 8 22 “ The LORD sired me as before his workshop, before his former workshop; 23 I was created from all eternity, from the morning, before the world was, 27 I was there when he established the welkin, when he marked the horizon on the face of the ocean, 28 when he established above the shadows and forcefully fixed the springs. from the depths, 29 when he made the ocean bound, lest the waters overrun his order, and when he laid the foundations of the earth. rejoicing in his wholesome world and roistering in humanity." Jesus nicely declared all effects necessary for possible actuality by authoritative affirmations of godly law, covenants, curses, eternal decrees, enabling statutes and pledges. Fixed skies, bounded midairs, forcefully fixed cradles, controlled water limits and laid foundations. All together, Jesus speaks of Godly concinnity and continued harmony in peaceful actuality.
