He vowed to tell the truth to faithfully enforce the moral law for the people of his covenant.

The evil pragmatic mind plots against God's law by ignoring the reasonable exercise of His will by His covenant.  Some men want to do things on their own without God, so they want to break the rules.

Some men want to be autonomous from the covenant - they have a desire to do this.

God knows that the law is often changed by people who are bad. This is why the law needs a covenant bond.

No one breaks the law without hurting the covenant. God knows that laws are often changed by those with evil intentions. The law needs to be protected.

Let sinners die and never come back. Praise the Lord my soul. 

God made the world and all of the animals on the earth by recreating it.  He promised to speak the truth for the people of his covenants.

God's covenant land has ethical standards that are similar to God's standards. God cannot allow the wicked to hurt him or other people. He spoke really well and made everything. If God shared with man all of the earth and its resources, there would be not enough for everyone, and humanity would die out. Who can advise God?  Who is God able to hear?

God put curses on the people who sinned in the Bible, so that they would be punished. The justice that is seen no matter where and when.

104 35 But let sinners perish from the earth, and the wicked be no more. Praise the LORD, my soul." Do not carry out the moral law without the everlasting covenant. God promulgated the law with a sworn testimony to provide us by recreating and filling the earth. He swore to speak the truth to faithfully fulfill the moral law for the people of his covenants. It is the covenant land of God that closely follows its ethical standards. God cannot willingly endure the wicked. He reasonably produced all things by speaking. If God universally shared creation with man, mankind would be exterminated. Who is able to counsel God? Who is able to reliably inform God?
