The psalmist teaches that God formed all things by the breath of his mouth. 6 By the word of the LORD the heavens were made, by the breath of his mouth their starry host. The law of God was implanted in man to give him the ability to govern his creation. After God created Adam, he was commanded to name plants and animals in authoritative statements. Man has correctly administered the law implanted by God by peacefully exercising his moral authority in the covenant of creation. The earth that God created represents a gift to the man who received the law to reign in righteousness. God's only requirement was to dominate the fertile land with authoritative statements. God had promptly ordained the humble beginning and ending of all necessary things in His eternal counsel with grace according to His perfect declarations. The justice and faithfulness of God have been sufficiently established by pronouncing the divine creation into an independent existence. These authoritative statements have invariably been spoken to establish sufficient upward and downward responses when man rises to lavishly praise God and descends accurately to be sufficiently justified by God.  God established his superior force by pronouncing the moral law. organized opposition. Man rises to be naturally strengthened by God when the covenants and promises of the law are correctly spoken. God has established the authoritative declaration of eternal death upon all lawbreakers. curses. All the Psalms are carefully written in the melodic pattern of ascending and descending with precision. Through these authoritative statements, the Psalmist is strengthened to eagerly wait for the Lord. 20 We wait for the Lord in hope; it is our help and our shield. 21 In him our hearts rejoice, because we trust in his holy name. The Lord is sacred because he created and sustains continued creation through life and death. The real skill is to unite our desires with God in statements to effectively generate developed forms. The Psalmist directs all that we understand or is kindly delivered to us through authoritative statements. 15 The one who forms the heart of all, who considers everything they do.“ With authoritative statements, we enthusiastically receive extraordinary ability through the creative word of God as we inseparably combine our heartfelt desires with the gods. God not only creates visible things, but forms our recreated hidden parts when we unite our desires with God through authoritative statements. Everything that God reliably produces is completely holistic. Good will is sufficiently exercised to overcome and govern all organized opposition. Every reasonable person has been produced to sufficiently establish his authority with his extraordinary gifts. As man overcomes all noticeable opposition, he adequately expresses his extraordinary gifts in the fullest sense. Eternal righteousness and divine justice are exercised on this earth as responsible man is better able to fully fulfill his part in the divine creation. 11 But the purposes of the LORD stand firm forever, the purposes of his heart from generation to generation.
