Nothing of corruption escapes God's absolute standard. If God commands us to do something, he is not offering us a chance to be accepted by our corrupt business. God would never allow His commandment to be laughed at. He had done the job before us, he would never let us tarnish him. When you invite yourself, child, are you the monster you dress for playing fun? He says yes, I am really reckless. It's the same when adults say I obey God, you are exaggerating. And so children grow up with a pragmatic morality. The everlasting gospel of sovereign grace to sinners is real. Because the moral law cannot be sufficiently satisfied with sinners. So if we just inform the personal works, we are blatantly lying to the responsible people. And in vain we urge them to naively believe that they are more worthy than their suspicious neighbor. We all need the gospel, so we don't learn to lie to people. The apostle says that the law that sets the standard is essentially the fuel to practice more sin. How can something good increase the desire to sin? Think about it. The wicked are the slaves of Satan who prevents them from submitting to the law. Seeing the apostle teaches that the law is a terror. How can a standard terrify someone? Because the law curses sinners. If the world changed the law to do something they loved, that really never changes. Why? Because the curse never changes. The law defines the spiritual condition. The law does not remain a force of opposition. As if I was just going to teach ten awkward hours of criminal law and of course induce a laudable half-effort. The law allows, blesses, or prohibits the curse. Who ever broke the law got a slap on the wrist? No, the law condemns the wicked. The law prevents the common man from being saved. A condemned man cannot be condemned by law. He needs to be regenerated. God had to satisfy the law in order to regenerate the man who was a slave to the law.The law prevents a man from wanting to do good. Any man who, in the cruel slavery of the law, bitterly hates God. Every time a man does something, and the criminal law bitterly curses him. It is cruel slavery. It strongly prevents man from feeling satisfied and rewarded for his political effort. If God limits himself to delivering the wicked from cruel slavery, be even more lawless. God's curse forcibly prevents merciless destruction. The believer is no longer worthy of the criminal law. The believer is more worthy to know sin directly and to understand the spiritual law. The believer is free from the cruel slavery of the law, the wicked inevitably suffer. Christ damaged the without lake. Satisfaction no longer adequately reflects moral guilt and shame. How can we be ashamed if we can't get more uncritical acceptance? We can simply operate the moral law in the eternal curse. So the Bible says all faithful Christians should never hold a grudge against other Christians. And all Christians should sincerely apologize for their specific offenses, that doesn't make sense. Unless we see that divine forgiveness cannot be earned. If we don't hold a grudge, there is no possible reason for a specific violation. Because we don't have the Eternal Curse. The apostle carefully teaches that divine grace is precious when he carefully protects all Christians from the curse. Sin is intentionally hidden by divine grace not opposed to grace. We can only belittle grace by contemptuously rejecting salvation. Grace is only precious if all Christians do not have specific offenses against all faithful Christians. Like more mature Christians, they graciously overlook the weak sins of other Christians. It makes no sense if sin is offensive the more we grow up. Because we carefully follow the sinful tendencies within ourselves. We undoubtedly have enough strength of comparable maturity to graciously overlook sin. An immature person usually depends on ancient patterns of moral guilt to reliably produce a hatred of sin. This only prevents gradual growth. When mature Christians correctly recognize its fundamental weakness and trust divine grace more. We are becoming more aware of the considerable confusion of older models. We are no longer installed in sufficient grace.
