Why do you represent moral law and an eternal covenant?  Because God submitted to the official warning that He alone would fulfill the fulfilled requirements of the law to prove that He was faithful in the covenant promises, Christ was the keeper of the covenant.

The psalmist uses the covenant promises in a defense of Israel. This is a story about a man who wants to appeal to God to help him. Currently, this contract is eternal. The psalmist always asks God for proof that his promise of being seen in Israel has been fulfilled.  The covenant legislator created the civilized world and promises to protect it by governing it carefully.

The psalmist is telling us that the covenant promises in the Bible are powerful and should be taken seriously.  In this highly publicized case, he appeals mightily to God in the successful petition according to God's eternal faithfulness and justice.

God is a Person who is fully justified.  He cannot teach or share His law with anyone who is not law-abiding.  God is not the one who broke His promises of a lawful relationship with His creation. The wicked  act badly. You can be sure that the people of the God are sealed.

The Psalmist asks God to establish the Kingdom of God on Earth by using the law (penal law) to curse those who sin, make decrees that are fair, and establish a nation of laws. Psalm 143: 12 In your constant love, my enemies are silent. I am your servant, so destroy all your enemies."

Psalms 143:1 Lord, hear my prayer, hear my cry for mercy; in your faithfulness and justice come to my relief." The key question can we adequately separate the moral law of God from the promises of the covenant? The law in the Old Testament was inevitably a covenant. Why represent the moral law and the everlasting covenant? Because God submitted to the official warning that He alone would fulfill the fulfilled requirements of the law to prove that he was faithful in the covenant promises, Christ was the keeper of the covenant. Therefore, the psalmist intentionally uses the covenant promises in the eloquent defense of Israel. In this highly publicized case, he appeals mightily to God in the successful petition according to God's eternal faithfulness and justice. Presently, this covenant is eternal. The psalmist always asks God for proof of his covenant promise to be seen in Israel regarding the supreme work of the Mediator on behalf of Israel. The covenant legislator naturally produced the civilized world and promises to properly govern its creation by carefully protecting his covenant people. The psalmist humbly asks the eternal kingdom on earth to resolutely oppose the pagan nations by pronouncing the penal law which bitterly curses the wicked, curses which forcefully remove all opposition, arbitrary decrees which comfortably establish the eternal kingdom of God on earth , the delegated statutes which establish Israel as a nation of laws and fulfilled promises which are extraordinary gifts of God to rule the heathen world. Psalms 143:12 In your unfailing love silence my enemies; destroy all my enemies, for I am your servant”.
