2The things that are certain to exist have been decreed by God to exist.  God did things the way they were supposed to happen. These moral axioms are not just ethical standards for proper behavior.  God created us, and we are made up of a lot of different parts. These include the heart, brain, hands, and lungs.

The pronouncements of Psalms teach us that even the movement of our body and the application of our creative understanding are guide by the perfect pronouncements. They are the rhythm of creation.

God always has a good plan, and in the end, everything turns out for the best.  God planned ahead and decided the outcome of everything necessary for what He wanted for the future.  The Bible teaches that God made a chronicle of the history of everything and what He had decided happened. The events in time prove that God always does what is right to prove His purposes are successful.

The Bible says that God is the only one who is totally honest. All of Gods works show that He is also true.  The law is upheld by God according to His testimonies or judgments. The fundamental axioms are also woven into the sincere desires of responsible people.  God made it so that humans could live together in peace and harmony.

The key question is, will we receive the full revelation of eternal salvation, or will we remain in divine mystery until the final judgment? How do we know that God is able to use the axioms to bring about salvation?  If God has not given us a perfect salvation, then we can't be responsible for our frustrations.  If we are not responsible for our frustrations then God cannot provide us a way out. God made a covenant with humanity, and humans have a choice to obey or disobey God.

If Christ provides an unqualified substitute, then the world would be ruled by people who have the good sense to make the best choices.  Gods government is revealed in Christ's work in looking back from the divine incarnation and going forward to the final judgement. The exercise of free will is the divine revelation of Gods sovereign salvation. This free will was sacredly revealed through the king's authoritative proclamation.  If the revelation of God's law had not come, then people wouldn't be morally responsible in their actions.

Free will is the divine revelation of God's salvation.  The King has told me that I have free will, and I should use it.  If God's law wasn't revealed fully, then a person wouldn't have to think about what he was doing when he broke that law.

If we aren't totally in charge of ourselves, then we are judged by other people. If the judgement of the person's fate is not according to the moral law then the person's salvation is mystical.  If there is no ethical standard of free will, then eternal salvation is mystical.  God would be unsuccessful if we weren't free to do the things that God has given us to do.  When God does something, it is always for good. But sometimes He allows something to happen in order to teach us about good and evil.  If humans weren't responsible, they wouldn't be hopeful of overcoming this destruction.

If there was no objective law and all people could do whatever they wanted, there would be no world left. God had to decide what to do in the distant past to make sure that His justice was met and that people weren't trying to fight it.  Without the good and just God, there couldn't be free will.

Therefore, God made sure His eternal justice and allowed freedom in His authoritative pronouncements.  God's justice is pronounced to establish the continuous line of blessings and curses so He could reconcile human freedom with His divine sovereignty.

God has created a government where He faithfully tells people about the laws that He has set down for them to follow.  The authoritative pronouncements intentionally produce the historically accurate events into the appropriate times for blessing or cursing.

God has established His government by faithfully recreating the historical events of time through the authoritative pronouncements to faithfully uphold His enabling statutes. The words of an authoritative person make something happen in history either for good or bad.

Everything that undoubtedly exist was decreed in Gods eternal counsel. God declared all lovely things into existence graciously according to His divine law, eternal decrees, comprehensive statutes, curses, and promises. These moral axioms represent not merely ethical standards of proper conduct. The essential characteristics are intimately interwoven into the organic fabric of divine creation. This undoubtedly means that God views all events graciously according to His lawful sovereign will. He carefully planned and accurately determined the desired outcome of all necessary things in His eternal counsel. The Psalmist teaches God chronicles the history of all the creation describing the past according to the axioms as the reasonable argument for His decrees. The events of time are proof that God acts according to His law to provide the firm foundation so that He can prove His purposes are consistently successful. The Psalmist is saying Gods works are proof that His testimonies are true. He is teaching the statutes are upheld by God according to His testimonies or judgements. The fundamental axioms are also interwoven into the sincere desires of responsible man. God had to properly contain sin and moral destruction by faithfully recreating all things graciously according to the moral axioms. The key question is , Do we receive a full revelation of eternal salvation or are we left in divine mystery until the final judgement? How can we trust that God works sovereignty in containing the unity of salvation unless the axioms remain creative laws that allow and prevent the events of time? And if God has not communicated to us a full salvation then we cannot be responsible for our considerable frustrations. If we are not responsible for our frustrations then Christ cannot provide an unqualified substitute. The Psalmist is teaching we are restored to the creation covenant in which we fully exercise our free will according to the axioms. If Christ provide an unqualified substitute then we must have free will to rule over the creation. Gods government is divinely revealed in Christ statutory work in looking backward from the divine incarnation and going forward unto the final judgement. The proper exercise of free will is the divine revelation of Gods sovereign salvation. This free will has been divinely revealed through the authoritative pronouncements of the King. If the implantation of Gods Law was fully unrevealed then, man wouldn't be altogether responsible for intentionally violating that moral law. If we are not altogether responsible then, we are forsaken to the judgements of man. If the adjudication of moral salvation is not according to the moral law then eternal salvation is mystical. If eternal salvation is mystical then there is no ethical standard of free will. God would be unsuccessful if man was not free to faithfully fulfill his specific purposes. If God were not fully sovereign, He would not have the power to overcome the lasting consequences of sin and mutual destruction. And if man were not altogether responsible, he would cherish no sincere hope of overcoming this deliberate destruction. If man was not responsible according to objective standard of the law, he would intentionally destroy the ideal world. Hence, God had to decree blessing and cursing in eternity past to eliminate the organized opposition to the free exercise of His satisfied justice. Without divine justice there would be no free will. Therefore, God sufficiently established His eternal justice and allowed freedom in the authoritative pronouncements. Gods justice is pronounced to establish the continuous line of blessing and cursing so He could reconcile mans freedom with His divine sovereignty. God has established His government by faithfully recreating the historical events of time through the authoritative pronouncements to faithfully uphold His enabling statutes. The authoritative pronouncements intentionally produce the accurately determined historical events into appropriate time either for blessing or cursing.
