God is in Heaven, but he has given the Earth to man.  It's not the dead who praise the Lord, it's those who are still alive and don't have anything to say. God made the land fertile so that people could live. What did God give to our parents? He gave the responsibility of identifying the animals to the children.  God was revealing His glory through His primary creation, the world, by making people like Him.

The Psalmist teaches that God has always created men and women to rule the earth. God gave parents the power to create children. He told them to find the animals. God wanted to show off His primary creation, so He made a likeness of Himself and put it into them.

 The Lord is in the highest heaven, but God has given humans the earth. The dead do not praise the Lord, those who are silent in the grave.

 God has made man in his own image, and man is the government. One is responsible for his choices, as he controls what he chooses. The way man designs a plan on his luxurious bed is by following the fundamental axioms.  This world is made up of communication. 

A person is responsible for their actions because they are the one who decides to do them. They use them according to the plans they have designed on their luxurious bed. How do people use the rules of the fundamental axioms correctly? This world is dominated by communication.

God is the only one who can give accurate descriptions of reality. The helpless man depends on God to apply the axioms correctly.

If God had been a democracy, he would have wanted his creation to be destroyed.  God was going to protect innocent people and the world from destruction by putting a stop to evil people. 

 God is the only being who can describe everything. The man is helpless, so God has to make sure that the axioms are applied correctly. God took care of His innocent people and His creation, to avoid their destruction from the wicked people.

The wicked create the dead and live in deep silence, doomed to silence in eternal hell.

In the kingdom of God, the wicked are completely ignored and cursed. It is illusory and has no right to speak in the kingdom of God. 

Some people with a lot of faith say that the curse keeps the wicked in chains.

All dependent creation does not remain a democracy.If God had been democratic, his creation would have been intentionally destroyed. God was to carefully protect His innocent people and divine creation from ruthless destruction by silencing the wicked. In the kingdom of God, the wicked is completely ignored and cursed. Imaginary, and have no voice in the kingdom of God. The saints boast of the curse which keeps the wicked in chains. The wicked creates the dead and lives in deep silence condemned to silence in eternal hell.
