Ps 62 4With their mouths they bless, but in their hearts they curse.
Selah The Psalmist teaches that salvation is an ongoing process. We go from one miraculous liberation to another. The key question is how do we stand up to be sure that we are released effectively? The psalmist makes good use of this specific term for God as a rock and a welcome refuge or a high tower. The psalmist accurately describes the deliberate attempt of the wicked to curse the righteous. This curse is not like the eternal curse of the law. This curse is carefully designed to convince us we are inevitably going lose like we are in hand to hand combat with the relentless enemy.Hence, the Psalmist employs the term Rock which is a military term speaking of being delivered in the most fierce part of the fight. The term is referencing that our most vulnerable organ which represents our brain is the most protected by the Rock. What is the wicked curse? It is to describe us according to their political state of terrible guilt and shame. We need to understand that God has started to transform us according to his creative word. Therefore, when the psalmist describes God, he usually considers him to be the highest so that he can identify with himself at all times. The psalmist says that God's description of us conflicts directly with the wicked man in that God views us according to his blessing. This is why the psalmist mentions the wicked who curse God and the righteous because they describe the image of God and his people according to their inability to face the curse of sin. In this way, that destructive power which by force prevents them from speaking the truth is carefully controlled by the eternal curse of the law. You see, God naturally produces us as a new creature. He must adequately defend us against the eternal curse of the law. position as new creatures undoubtedly remains a position of leadership. The Bible carefully teaches that we are already like Christ, but we are still waiting for a complete renewal. But that is bitterly curse the creation of God and they simply receive the terrible curse of the law. You see, we live in the extraordinary foresight of God who does not deal with us according to our sin and moral weakness. When we usually struggle, God has mercy on us. It closely follows our lifelong struggle as a moral weakness because the ability to always be aware of being sinners is pronounced upon us.Christ has taken on our eternal curse. The psalmist carefully teaches that God curses the cursors. Therefore, when we faithfully represent the most vulnerable God, bravely defend ourselves from the fatal blow. We are constantly completely liberated.
