The following things happened because some false brothers had infiltrated our group and were trying to make us slaves. We did not give in to their demands for a moment and we wanted to make sure that the truth of the gospel would remain with you.  The apostle is teaching that the old covenant was fulfilled by Jesus. He was defending the good news of God's grace.

In the past, there were some false brothers who infiltrated our congregation, trying to make us slaves of the old ways. We didn't give in to them for a moment, so that the truth of the gospel would remain with you.

The opponents to the gospel were watching people who weren't circumcised. The psalmist explores the motives behind espionage. People who are bad are waiting for people who are not strong to trick or harm them. But the gospel gains freedom from the binding to the law. The apostle is talking about how our brothers were manipulated by the law to conclude that they were condemned.

The apostle, by placing the law in the context of the gospel, expands its application to the many different evil tricks with which the saint must resist when using curses.

If people are not accusing us of antinomianism, we are not preaching the gospel of free grace.

The Christian religion is very passive and not very active. God judges people based on how they treat others.  This is why we are always seen as too nice. God is a stern and strict judge.  He gets mad at our opponents. People should not worry about the sins of others.

Gal. 2 [This happened] because false brethren had infiltrated our ranks to spy on the freedom we have in Jesus Christ and to enslave us. stay with you. “The apostle does not necessarily teach that circumcision brings the church back under the law. But he adequately defended the glorious gospel of divine grace. Opponents of the gospel spied on the uncircumcised. The wicked lie in wait for the helpless to train them. in their schemes. But the gospel is freed from the slavery of the law. The apostle faces this problem of manipulating the law to conclude our brethren. It addresses issues of relationship with one another in evangelical freedom. The Psalmist teaches that the moral law is an effective way to curse the wicked. In the defense of the saint, the apostle shows what the just defense against the legalist represents here in Galatians. If the law curses the wicked, we will not be ready to criticize our brethren. Because if God graciously allows someone to live, we must scrupulously respect God's place of independent judgment. The key question is not whether there is any sin but to hand in personal judgments to control it. Holy. The denunciation of being placed under the old slavery of the law. Using the curse of the law, the apostle of the free gospel defends the saint who is criticized.
