God created the earth by law as a blessing to man. God did not give the law as a guide but through a covenant to give capacity. Because God planned the end of all things before creation. Therefore, the law was established by the work which pleased God in himself. It is the law which is never separate from the covenant. In other words, God created the law as a gift to man by giving man the ability through blessing. No one can uphold the moral law without God deciding the humble beginning and end in an everlasting covenant that sufficiently establishes divine blessing. This is why the gifts of the implanted law of God presupposed the capacity necessary in a covenant for man to rule the earth. Therefore, when man sinned, God had to restore the covenant of creation by amply satisfying the punishment of sin. God was to faithfully fulfill the moral law in this covenant law by governing adequately.Therefore, God restored man's original capacity by giving salvation that had already been complete in Christ. We return to the capacity of the garden when we are healed by being saved. We are already done with the ideal gifts of the law and the Spirit. Anyone who receives salvation so far grasps all things. Since the implanted law is Trinitarian, it cannot be intentionally broken or hindered. Normally, we don't need anyone to enlighten us enough. A sacred word is the Spirit of all operative words. If we understand a sacred word, we instantly grasp all the words of divine revelation. Eternal salvation is unified by carefully written divine revelation with the word of God, which is why we are responsible for our progressive growth in the Bible. Because God has granted the ability to discern all things. We are not responsible because of a quality teacher. Jeremiah carefully teaches anyone who has been regenerated by the Spirit, he is inhabited by the Master who correctly grasps all the necessary things. We really need the Spirit to carefully explain spiritual things.
