The ethical question: What is the most effective attack against authoritarian rulers who have been unable to adequately control? If a private person doesn't believe he can control the abuser, what effect does that have? Does God give us an effective way to quickly pass judgment on the abuser?
God decided that he would judge everybody by putting himself in charge of the case. So, the psalmist can say that all his questions have been answered. God makes sure that everything that will happen will happen.
God has given us His Word, which He has placed in authoritative statements.
Is God responsible for presenting the responsibility of all to Heavenly Judge as the most effective action? As a result, the psalmist satisfactorily solves all the important questions that we cannot answer properly in the cursed world.
God has a plan for everything that ever happened and will happen and will always happen and nothing will ever change that because that's what God does and it's always been that way and always will be that way.
God has given each person, a set of special duties to carry out in this world. God has also assigned a judge to hear each person's case in the afterlife. Eternal truth is never violated because God made an endless number of ideas which makes it possible for Him to produce and support all necessary things, which He placed in authoritative statements.
He teaches that God has graciously granted us official grievances to help us experience an ideal kingdom where we can go to the Most High Judge to get justice. Poor and helpless saints.
God has given us a list of things that happened that we can complain about. And he also has a list of people who can help us. The poor saints are helpless.
He's teaching us that God has given us official grievances and authoritative statements so we can get the idea of what an ideal kingdom is like and we can go to God Himself and get help and relief from the people who abuse us. Poor and helpless people who are not strong enough to defend themselves.

He carefully teaches that God has graciously granted us official grievances and authoritative statements to indirectly experience an ideal kingdom from which we have direct access to the Most High Judge who takes the staff including his official representatives on the earth created abuse. Poor and helpless saints.
