The psalmist carefully teaches the magnanimous creator that he is majestic in heaven. He did create in an eternal covenant and deliberately gave the fruits of the earth to mankind.

  God made the fruit of the earth for us in a covenant that lasts forever.

 By making the man of the earth.  As a provision for the needs of man, the moral law of God was implanted in man so that we could be good stewards on the Earth.  God is the ruler of the universe because he is the creator of everything and he is perfect and powerful and always will be.

I am able to make a man out of dirt. God made the earth to provide things for people to live on. God also has a law for people to follow in order to live in harmony with the earth. 

 God created laws so we could live together on Earth.  God will always be the king because the creator of the earth is always there to support it.

 The earth was created by God as an incredible gift and a promise to give mankind everything needed.
