9 "3 My enemies turn, stumble, and perish before you." The eternal decrees of God have already established the eternal kingdom. God graciously established his independent kingdom according to his faithfulness, divine justice and everlasting righteousness. The government of God is the exact exercise of eternal executive, judicial and legislative authority which is never fettered. This established government is properly administered to the  saints in judicial decrees. Official decrees cannot be annulled by any organized opposition.We are inseparably united with God in judicial authority by the covenant of creation to subdue our formidable enemies and rule without official opposition.

 9 4 For you have defended my right and my cause; you have sat on your throne, judging righteously. “In eternal salvation, God destroyed our old will and implanted the desires of His kingdom. These sincere desires are judicial decrees adequately communicated in the Psalms. The Psalms accurately represent divine unity. The conscious mind, the will. And true emotion decreed by the faithful man. Therefore, the Psalmist carefully teaches that our determined cause is inseparably united with God in His perfect eternal righteousness. We can say that God is fulfilling our desires justified by God in ours.Our determined cause and eternal justice are inseparably united.
