God naturally created man to rule the created earth; he has the unique ability to think, desire and act in sacred harmony; man truly enjoys the rich foundation of his independent kingdom; God created him, not only can he sincerely enjoy his own Experience and can fully understand the moral nature and sincere wishes of other responsible people.
