Laws, covenants, curses, statutes, promises, and ordinances are at the heart of creation. We use these proclamations to build the kingdom that inhabits us and that extends into the world. They are woven into the fabric of the psalmist's communication. . 37 31 The law of your God is in your heart; their feet don't slip. "The psalmist proclaims the law. What is the purpose of the law? It speaks of all opposition so that our hearts may soften and our feet do not slip. Violence fills the dark places of the earth. God swears to act for us according to his covenant The covenant extends into the darkest parts of the city. We make the covenant to command God to reveal His eternal presence in this world. 109 17 He loved to cast a curse that came upon him; no pleasure in blessings found that he is far from him; the wicked are redefining
God's law to spread violence, and we proclaim the curse of the law to bless the world. 145 Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and your reign endures from generation to generation Pronounce all of his promises and love everything he's done. The promises are the foundation that establishes the kingdom and rule of God throughout history. We Declare God's Ruler-ship 119 I have counted my ways and you answered me; teach me your commands. "We cannot know ourselves if we do not understand the decrees that have been made over our lives. To trust in God is to proclaim His decrees about our resistance.119 Remove scorn and contempt from me, for I keep your decrees We create pillars to enable success and avoid contempt like a ball being pushed and rolling down the mountain; without the pillars we are always in danger.
