God defines his unique relationship with us to make it impossible for humans to live up to his divine love. There is no extraordinary power, love, joy, peace, goodness, loyalty that we enjoy from the heart, that is not given to us by God; when it is given, it is released; when it is extravagant, we are freer to take it on with enthusiasm; of course, we lack nothing as we feel helpless and dependent on God. In this guaranteed freedom we rejoice more in God.
