Ps 73 1 Surely God is good to Israel,to those who are pure in heart.2 But as for me, my feet had almost slipped;I had nearly lost my foothold."The theme of the Psalm- the pronouncements of law, covenant, curses, decrees, promises, and statutes dominate our understandable reactions to resolutely facing abuse. Our envy stimulates us to pronounce the axioms and overturn the inevitable course of our lives. The Psalmist describes the terrible conditions , pronounces the curses in rolling the troubles over to God.

73 3 For I envied the arrogant when I saw the prosperity of the wicked.4 They have no struggles;their bodies are healthy and strong.5 They are free from the burdens common to man;they are not plagued by human ills."Salvation is being implanted by the whole counsel. We are naturally practicing the specific application of the axioms.The wicked who live in pitch darkness typically relies on the gentle saints to accurately describe the terrible conditions of the political world. We enjoy infinite advantage in pronouncing the needed transparency of the heathen world. We are in a face to face relationship with the only transparent Person. He accurately describes the reasons unbeliever are arrogant and wicked.   

 73 6 Therefore pride is their necklace;they clothe themselves with violence.7 From their callous hearts comes iniquity;the evil conceits of their minds know no limits.8 They scoff, and speak with malice;in their arrogance they threaten oppression.9 Their mouths lay claim to heaven,and their tongues take possession of the earth." The wicked turn the world upside down. They naturally rise in economic power by intentionally destroying the helpless. He is a covenant prosecutor describing the reasons for delivering eternal charges against the abusers.

 73 10 Therefore their people turn to them and drink up waters in abundance.11 They say, "How can God know?Does the Most High have knowledge?"12 This is what the wicked are like--always carefree, they increase in wealth".He is credibly accusing the wicked of practicing criminal violence as the capital offense in justly deserving the eternal curse. They have offended the Most High judge. The wicked followers inseparably unite with the icons to cause national suffering of the innocent and helpless. We need stopping pragmatic practice and protest the smallest corruption. We are responsible because we regulate the law in the authoritative pronouncements! He is carefully marking them for swift eternal punishment.  

73 13 Surely in vain have I kept my heart pure;in vain have I washed my hands in innocence.14 All day long I have been plagued;I have been punished every morning.15 If I had said, "I will speak thus,"I would have betrayed your children." This is the Psalmist ordinary way of talking to God" man to man". He is complaining if God is sovereign why doesn't He apprehend the abusers? The Psalmist administers the law to subdue and apprehend the abusers. He is accusing God of allowing the wicked to turn the world upside down. Plaguing the righteous with the wicked curse! If God does not act swiftly, the saints will suffer the complete destruction of the world. This is a seasoned covenant prosecutor.  

73 16 When I tried to understand all this,it was oppressive to me 17 till I entered the sanctuary of God;then I understood their final destiny." The Psalmist answers the question where the jurisdiction of the courts of heaven are found on the earth. It is the local church. We pronounce the eternal curses on the wicked as covenant prosecutors.

 73 21 When my heart was grieved and my spirit embittered,22 I was senseless and ignorant I was a brute beast before you." He is amply demonstrating the effective way to modify anger outward through the legitimate application of the gospel in pronouncements. We carefully avoid turning the pent-up anger inward. The law faithfully represents the implanted fire to properly use as the tool for active recreation. When we employ it for grading, we burn ourselves

73 23Yet I am always with you;you hold me by my right hand.24 You guide me with your counsel,and afterward you will take me into glory.25 Whom have I in heaven but you?And earth has nothing I desire besides you." God divinely revealed the pronouncements as His divine presence. We experience divine mystery of unity with God through His legitimate counsel. When blessing and cursing to come together God abundantly satisfies our compelling needs.

 73 27 Those who are far from you will perish;you destroy all who are unfaithful to you.28 But as for me, it is good to be near God. I have made the Sovereign LORD my refuge; I will tell of all your deeds."The Psalmist is concluding the reason we dominate the terrible abuse in pronouncements. God Law properly governs active recreation by the authoritative pronouncements of life and death. Gods deeds are pronounced in law, covenants, curses, decrees, statutes and promises. We adequately control the faithful recreation through the authoritative pronouncements.
