Ps 103 15 As for man, his days are like grass,
he flourishes like a flower of the field;
16 the wind blows over it and it is gone,
and its place remembers it no more.
17 But from everlasting to everlasting
the LORD's love is with those who fear him,
and his righteousness with their children's children-
18 with those who keep his covenant
and remember to obey his precepts.
19 The LORD has established his throne in heaven,
and his kingdom rules over all."
So the Psalmist teaches us that God turns away His wrath from His elect. You see the whole world including Gods elect are dependent upon God for survival. If God were to withhold His power the entire world would be extinguished. The only power that is never thwarted is Gods blessing and cursing. As man becomes dead grass God is allow man to endure and he is allowing men to die. But we must understand that God is never the author or the evil person. God is always good. So the fact that evil men suffer is because of their own sin and judgement. God is always holding everything together. God is the one who causes the hospitals to available when man needs to address the pain.Man is the one who destroys the opportunity for all men to have access to the medicine
We must understand that God never deals with the sin in half measures. The consequences of sin on this earth are natural evils that are given to man to rule the earth. This is why God stands over the whole pragmatic system of checks and balances and finds mans governments wanting. If you think about it the more laws man creates to address the evils the more evil society becomes. Because there is only one system in which God rules the earth. It is by death and recreation.
This is what the Psalmist is saying. Whenever we have success it is caused by Gods allowance through recreation. The opposition is completely removed and we enjoy success. Nothing good would come to us in a pragmatic world. God must always move by recreation. So we live in the reality at all times the cursing and the blessing are fully pronounced. To trust in any other government is to trust in the arm of the flesh.
