Ps 11 1 In the Lord I take refuge. How then can you say to me;"Flee like a bird to your mountain." The question Is Gods justice weakened when the world pervaded with injustice? He is arguing if God, who governs the world, is righteous, why are saints always forced to hide from the abuses? The Psalmist is concluding, because God never moves from the line of blessing and cursing, we are always secure. If God decreed all things in His eternal counsel according to eternal life and death why should we genuinely be surprised or credibly threatened? God is cursing the wicked when the world is permeated with injustice.

11 2 For look, the wicked bend their bows;they set their arrows against the strings to shoot from the shadows at the upright in heart.3 When the foundations are being destroyed, what can the righteous do?" If God produced all things according to eternal righteousness, the world would be unified. All men would enthusiastically support the generous gifts of their kind neighbors. How can God be righteous if the wicked turn Gods statutes upside down by practicing criminal violence against the righteous?

11 4 The Lord is in his holy temple;the Lord is on his heavenly throne.
He observes the sons of men;his eyes examine them." He reasonably concludes Gods unites eternal heaven and earth in voluntarily giving us effective control by pronouncements of eternal life and death. How does God examine men? By the pronouncements of law, covenants, curses, decrees, statutes, and promises. God is asking the questions in decreeing the answers in pronounced curses. He is pronouncing the solution of examining men according to the pronouncements when he desires to retreat.

11 5 The Lord examines the righteous.but the wicked and those who love violence his soul hates.6 On the wicked he will rain fiery coals and burning sulfur;a scorching wind will be their lot." He is reasonably concluding the same axioms of accurate recreation for the righteous are pronounced judgements for the wicked who practice ra a. Consequently, blessing is cursing the wicked curse. God faithfully recreates abundant blessing by cursing the wicked. His soul universally hates by the proportional representation of Christ on our behalf.

11 7 For the LORD is righteous,he loves justice;upright men will see his face." This is the Psalmist typical way in answering his key question why are the righteous subjected to the continuous abuses of criminal violence? God is always righteous and justified in pronouncements. Therefore upright men will behold His face. One plausible hypothesis naturally follows the other.
