Gods mark the beginning through the end. He instantly comprehends everything about a specific person at one time.He is completely justified in rendering the ultimate verdict, since He alone is judge. Gods judgement is eternal life and death at all times. 

It would be foolish to depend on a pragmatic God. Our acute sorrows would be uncertain until God made a judgement. And if God was not free to naturally make promises and ample warnings yea and amen, we be without sincere hope of His promises being decisive. Our personal lost would arbitrarily define us, if God was slack concerning His promise. The saints sole hope adequately represents God pronouncing life and death at all times.
