Man was delivered to prosper in the garden of God without tension. Sin brought opposition which brought tension. We face outward opposition in the world, Devil and evil men. Inward opposition is sin and corruption. God made us united in mind will and emotion. Man was implanted with the law to rule the earth. He applied law by lawful desires. But now mans desires are frustrated. When earnest desires are frustrated man experiences anxiety. The Psalmist speaks blessing on man who meditates on the Psalms. He is like a flowering tree carefully planted in the garden of God.He is acclimated to the earth. A person who meditates learns the Psalms are authoritative pronouncements of law, covenants curses decrees statutes and promises. We learn after meditating on pronouncements we vicariously experience divine mystery. God graciously gave us pronouncements as His complex reaction to considerable opposition we face. Gods infinite reactions consume our rudimentary desires. He causes us to desire and place our sacred trust in pronouncements as the lens we view ourselves and the world. When we learn to rely on pronouncements, we will not want anything to sufficiently satisfy us. Through the Psalms, he returns to his native home in the garden of God.
He teaches in32 when we were saved God forgave our past, present and future sins. Now we relate to God by knowledge of sin.We tell God, I know you know I sinned. Consequently, we will not fail to be forgiven because we always will be alerted we offend God. Sometimes we decline in our spiritual lives. When we decline, God gave us the gift of knowing we are sinners, we grow in our guilt and shame. But God is always available with arms open to agree we sinned. We confess our sins on foundation of grace, not works. We need learning to depend on God. We depend on God by word and Spirit. But the Psalmist pronounces axioms to receive illumination. Therefore, the Psalms are like proverbs. We learn to use them to create oracles. Oracles are revealed secrets from gods.Because God knows us better than we know ourselves, we depend on Him to guide us by secrets. These remain ideas God communicates to us about ourselves that no man can discern.I've meditated word for word on Psalms for 40 years. An experienced professional progressively develops philosophical sayings from pronouncing each Psalm. These are divine oracles. We pronounce and sincerely pray the Psalms. We learn God miraculously recovers us when our creative minds instantly begin to process thoughts. God intentionally causes our minds to conceive constructive ideas He is communicating. He carefully writes on our minds through divine oracles, and we compose the published books of Gods oracles.
Psalm 25 illuminates us the path we tread. The Christian walks a path in a face to face relationship with God. The Christian is made complete at salvation. Because we were implanted perfect gifts along with our teacher and advocate. We do not require anyone to direct us. How does God relate to us face to face? He eliminates wicked people from our lives who shame us. vs2. Because we are indwelt by word and Spirit we need to beseech God to steer us. We are like the kid who depends upon parents to provide our needs. We go asking Daddy first. When we ask we can be confident, he will teach us. God governs all reality. Therefore, He inspires the desires of all men. He creates the desires of familiar people. God can improve the memories of us. He can foster our connections by inspiring desires of our social interactions. vs6,7 God focuses on us as if we remain the sole person on earth. He is making us like Christ. He remembers as we are finished. Face to face is God remembering as we truly are.He remembers us by knowing us better than we know ourselves. "according to your love remember me" He directs us by illumination.vs8,9 Gods has sworn by covenant He will act for us to His own hurt according to law, curses, decrees, promises and statutes. vs 13,14 Finally we need the Psalmist to haul us by the hand and speak to God in a transparent way. God requires us to learn to pour our hearts out to Him. Since God does not speak, we think He is conceiving something about us. God never acts in our presence. We act by not being honest with God. God knows when we are acting. The Psalmist became transparent through the "cry." We must learn to be honest about what we are experiencing.vs 16-22
