This Psalm is teaching that God orders every conscious thought that we genuinely think and every appropriate action that we faithfully perform.Sit, and rise is talking about a 24-hour period. We rise up in the morning and promptly go to sleep at night. This Psalmist has made it a standard practice to meditate on Gods word day and night.Consequently, he wakes up and typically begins throughout the day to pray and meditate. Subsequently, he lays down on his bed mediates himself to sleep. Periodically, he wakes up in the early morning and naturally discovers himself meditating. His longstanding practice has been so ingrained not wanting to be alone, consequently, his meditation is interacting with an authentic person. This person affectionately knows and smilingly replies to him from an eternal perspective in his conscious mind. He has been united with someone who fits perfectly in a unique relationship.

Because the Psalmist typically focuses on God, he experiences divine unity and purposes as he goes about his ordinary routine. The actions he performs, are, disconnects from his unique experience of those actions. I call this performing actions that are motivated by the official declaration of divine justice. The word graciously received mirrors the authoritative pronouncements spoken in declaring a eternal kingdom that cannot be thwarted. Consequently, the appropriate actions are performed in the confidence and the spirit of the pronouncements.
Psalmist mediates out loud, he says the Lord knows how to use the pronouncement to unify experience with the glory and purposes of God. He pronounces proper and ideal expression of the eternal kingdom. This completeness in meditation is building one divine precept upon another. The Psalmist accurately observes the world artistically painted by Gods views. This is what I dub, instead of us seeking God. God is persistently seeking us in the meaningful experience. "You comprehend it completely."

The Psalmist is saying Gods Law remain the instrument of pleasure. Gods law is self-testifying. He does not argue like we do. On the contrary, Gods Law inseparably unites our sincere desires that are the genuine expression of our specific needs. Gods law accurately describes the established foundation of our formidable defense. We enjoy a exceptional ability to be illuminated by Gods Law as a defense for finding rest in obtaining all of our genuine satisfactions. The problem with sin is vindictive man is never satisfied. The cursed diseases are man desperately searching for good things but in the end will testify against their arbitrary actions. When the Psalmist is talking about being "hemmed in", He is describing the eternal kingdom of God unified with the same purpose that our needs are satisfied and Gods dazzling glory is illuminated in that culture. Gods law remains the instrument through which true success is experienced by walking down the narrow path of His blessing.
