The Psalmist teaches that the world is a place where violence is practiced in order to be successful. Because God made man as a free moral agent, He has implanted the law in man as the means to communicate his world view. Obviously without rules the culture would be chaotic.Hence, the Psalmist properly teaches the fundamental problem does not start because of a moral rule.The perplexing problem is man improperly uses the oppressive rule as a way to succeed by fearful threats. But without personal threats the bureaucratic organization would be chaotic.Consequently, wicked man is inevitably forced to act in place of God.

Therefore, God had to render violent man powerless to aggressively implement the law as an instrument of  violence by bitterly cursing the creation. The law curses the slightest imperfection.God had to solemnly undertake these severe measures because cruel man locks up in a destructive cycle of violence. Consequently, the Psalmist teaches that Gods general disposition is to be an excellent defender. God is the ardent defender because He adequately controls the desired good and the unavoidable evil.God is so righteous, when He justly accuses convicted man of lawlessness man abruptly agrees. Gods justice is defensive because He is not malicious. The terrible evil is in man.God is defensive because He regulates the terrible evil to fiercely protect His, gentle saints. As a result the oppressive rules inevitably attend the way that brutal man spreads criminal violence. 

When we are pragmatic, we make the mistake of applying moral judgements based upon social skills. When we naturally focus on the authoritarian rules, we evade the deeper problem of destructive motives in cynically manipulating the rules. God had to strenuously oppose the unacceptable language of the wicked curse by pronouncing the law, covenants, righteous curse, promises, decrees and statutes. Hence, we scarcely accept the worlds attempt to establish rules to assemble the enslaved people. You cannot cause a pregnant person with evil faithfully deliver a righteous baby. Consequently, the Psalmist steadfastly remains the righteous king who pronounces the supernatural control of Gods allowance and effective prevention to unanimously overturn the violent power. The Psalmist is declaring the prophetic language as the prominent defense lawyer of Israel in bringing charges against the rouge powers.
