Every so often the Spirit prophesied to a believer.At other times the He accompanied the word of God with power.They declared the word in power. Periodically, they spoke in tongues. I believe these represent other languages.He entered the way of ecstatic experience in a convincing word.

The Spirit says that in the last days He will be poured out and men will be speaking in tongues, prophesying, etc. The Spirit came in this extraordinary presence different from the way He indwells saints. He comes in power and then all of the saints are enjoying this profound experience like rain falling down on the assembly. Profound unity attended the reviving of the Spirit.

Everyone looked as if they were consumed with wine. The Spirit coming down with power and the people enjoyed the experience that did not come from within themselves. But it was something that come on them and they promptly began rejoicing and were unified. The Spirit came as He willed resulted in ecstatic experience of tongues of fire settling on them. The Spirit descended on the Church and supplied them with power as He had done in the Baptism of Christ. Consequently, they were baptized into the church.
