The bible is carefully written as a prophetic book. This accurately indicates that when God talks He justly describes upcoming events that will be part of the ongoing description of that account later in the same canonical book. It is most evident when God speaks of the historical events in nature. The bible consistently speaks of God as a He sustains creation in intentionally causing all inevitable disasters.We must genuinely understand that Gods actions and mans actions are not equally important. Because God adequately regulates the choices of man that recklessly cause the perplexing problems in history. We must accurately describe history in the historical context of redemption and not in the pagan context.

 As well as cause inevitable disasters God has also cursed the earth. This means as time goes on something that solely as an unused resource is degenerating. Everything that God created is not only degeneration from one distinct generation to another but also over thousands of successive years. It is impossible for man to keep up with the earths process of organic degeneration. This is why the Revelation describes the earth inevitably causing deaths in generations. To put differently the curse has caused the earth our relentless enemy in the acute sense that it naturally degenerates and causes diseases in the human race.

We must understand that in possible comparison to Gods comprehensive view of us, we are completely in the dark. We cannot witness all of historical time in every measurable space in the created universe. But God marks the obscure parts.For us to make a case that we are capable to improve something about us or in our world is on very shaky ground. We would genuinely need seeing every complex molecule and the precise movement in time to be able to accurately describe the justifiable reasons for the peaceful existence of all things. You see we cannot see what God is typically doing in the mysterious and extremely private things. The Psalmist is saying God attentively examines us. He is acknowledging God carries out complex things in his unique circumstances and personal nature that is undetectable. We can scarcely see what is going on inside our composed bodies. We must conclude God accomplishes tangible things to sustain our lives and our ideal circumstances that we do not know about. 
 God designed creation before the foundation of the world. He has promised the earth cannot be moved. Its not talking reasonably about organic movement in space but the secure foundations of the earth cannot be destroyed. God has promised no man is able to destroy the earth.This includes the control that God asserts over man in the amount of destruction that he could cause with the ability and the action to cleanse it. In this sense Gods Law that properly speaks death is properly balanced by Gods blessing over all things. Because God manages all things.
