God genuinely enjoys His, determined enemies, by adequately providing a convenient way to properly restrain them from destroying themselves. He essentially gives them perimeters they exclusively go this far in sin and no farther. God is loving. He does not let every man fall into such acute anxiety, pent-up frustration and hopelessness that they could never regain a meaningful sense of mutual satisfaction in their earthly rewards. God is consistently benevolent.

But simultaneously God must manage some of the people He loves within a family sense.God cannot display His divine justice on this earth without justly punishing the wicked and amply rewarding the righteous. The problem is there is an essential difference from Gods view with our view. What we esteem is reasonable by our view of the events is not correct. We do not see as He correctly sees. God is not a accomplished scientist. He does not investigate considerate behavior to interpret it. He accurately identifies the most microscopic creatures on this earth in a complex relationship that provides their needs for their mutual enjoyment. God causes competing philosophy with theology to come together. His justice with mercy, pain with pleasure, anxiety with peace, handicap with fulfilled purpose, beauty with ugly, all together in one ultimate purpose through the cross. So that in Christ all things are yea and amen.

God has decreed the beginning from the end. He has declared all men guilty and deserving of instant punishment. No man receives the rite to examine Gods purpose in their own experience. All men are laid bare and are made silently before God. There is no hope without God intervening. We have available to us temporary relief. But at the bottom of our wounded hearts, in the ominous quiet of our personal experience, we are groaning in agony. Some of us are desperately groaning out of a sense of helplessness to sorrow, from physical pain, or because our hopes have been unfulfilled. We all at one point cry to God with no active response. We merely maintain what He provides us. We enjoy no vibrant life in the precise moment. But in this we must cry to Him. We must weep in His divine presence. We must cry even tho it seems there is any hope.Every specific day, every possible moment we must groan. God is not silent. He will listen carefully. He will generously provide an appropriate way. The radiant sun will rise. What is impossible for us is possible for God.
