God commissioned man by His eternal word. We are sufficiently instructed that Gods word was breathed out. The breath of God composes prolifically and generates life to poetic creation. Although His word is written down for our moral enlightenment yet it efficiently is Gods eternal voice speaking and faithfully upholding the dependent existence of all lovely things. God emanates the divine law, covenants, comprehensive statutes, eternal decrees, curses, and promises in objective reality. And the Psalmist is teaching God divinely appointed man to reveal His dazzling glory. Intelligent man properly gains the divine glory of God. But when man fell hopelessly into sin, his extraordinary gifts were severely reduced and he was cast out of the glorious kingdom of God which was the elaborate garden. Mans sin brought death and premature destruction into the creation. In rendering man powerless, God had to sufficiently establish His historical kingdom once again by the Substitution of Christ. Christ had to become a Man, perfectly obey the law and be the Substitute for helpless man in receiving the criminal punishment for sin to sufficiently restore man to his pristine glory. the Psalmist speaks of Gods judgements in the personal context of His eternal justice being amply satisfied by the Substitution of Christ. Man subsequently is restored to that pristine glory by grace alone. the established kingdom of God is contained respectively in Himself. It is successful because God satisfied the demands of the law that justly governs all objective reality. His divine government is invariably successful because eternal salvation is sufficiently in God alone. When God judged the divine creation, the proof of extraordinary beauty and glory was cursed. God had divinely appointed responsible man as the trophy of His creation. He adequately established a meaningful relationship of generously providing for man. The more that God generously supported man the more he shined the extraordinary beauty and the glory. But after the fall God had to once again reestablish the harmonious relationship of blessing by penal substitution. In eternal salvation man is once again the prestigious trophy who shows for His brilliant beauty. When we are reliably delivered, we are elevated as co heirs with Christ renewing all things. How can an evildoer be acceptable to the ideal law that rises up to the standard of Gods moral attributes of faithfulness and justice? He must generously share in the perfect identity by Substitution. for man to be miraculously restored to the glory of God, all of his gracious acceptance is based upon God establishing divine authority in His word. Consequently, the Governor of all kingdoms is on display by convincingly demonstrating His faithfulness and justice in the success of pronouncing His law, covenants, statutes, curses, decrees and promises. As God ordered all things in eternity past by His divine law, covenants, etc., so now He upholds and renews all things in this revelation. The revealed word of God accurately represents a lavish gift to man to argue for God to sufficiently establish His eternal kingdom promised to us by His covenant word. He has intentionally placed Himself on continuous display. The Psalmist is saying God has sufficiently established His everlasting kingdom in Himself. He has prevented the ill success of all relentless opposition by pronouncing disgraceful death upon anyone who aggressively opposes His eternal kingdom. If God were dependent upon anything outside of Himself then He would subject Himself to working pragmatically. Put differently if any arbitrary power was equitable to God then He would not be sovereign in His moral judgements. God had to reverse the terrible curse by the curse of His discriminatory law. He has properly contained sin and corruption by justly turning it upside down. In Gods kingdom the suffering servants are blessed and the powerful are bitterly cursed. God faithfully upholds His law to show forth His magnificent trophies to the heathen world.
