Christ in us delivers us from ourselves. Most of us naturally trust in ourselves to improve ourselves.
But Christ promises to teach us through a process of determining our
spiritual success by reducing us in relation to how we feel about
ourselves organically molded by our personal relationships. As we die, He gradually becomes more of our personal identity."Christ in us the hope of glory.. it is no longer I who live but Christ lives in me. " Put differently we gradually fail to vicariously experience the fundamental tension of reality in a philosophical sense.
