Ps 110 4 The LORD has sworn
and will not change his mind:
"You are a priest forever,
in the order of Melchizedek."

God has established His kingdom on this earth through an eternal covenant with David. This eternal kingdom was planned and worked out in the eternity past in the counsel of God. The sovereign counsel of God was spoken before the foundation of the world predetermining the end of all things in 6 pronouncements. The perfect description of all things is pronounced according to an eternal covenant with David. The 6 pronouncements spoken by the king have been sovereignly worked out in time according to the perfect justice of God. The justice of God is mediated to the king in pronouncements of life and death.

The desires of Gods kingdom have been implanted in Gods elect in these pronouncements. The King of heaven pronounces all things into existence in the law, covenants, curses, decrees, statutes and promises. The entire history and order of creation was predetermined in the spoken counsel of God in eternity past. Everything is created under the authority of God according to His pronouncements in allowing and preventing as they are brought into existence.

This eternal kingdom is worked out according to Gods knowledge and understanding. God has revealed His will by speaking the law, covenants, curses, decrees ,statutes and promises. He has revealed the 6 pronouncements according to His mysterious understanding of the existence of all things. We rise up to God by creating the kingdom through His pronouncements. These 6 desires that have been implanted in Gods elect are consumed according to Gods power. Our corrupted understanding is satisfied as our desires are consumed in speaking the pronouncements.

God rules through His justice and righteousness according to the 6 pronouncements that predetermined the existence of all things in eternity past. Everything that exist has already been justified by God according to blessing and cursing in eternity past. God unites His desires with us as we rise up to the standard of His justice in pronouncing cursing and blessing. His kingdom is established by the laws voice according to His covenant. Gods perfect kingdom is present in covenant-law. God controls life and death through covenant -law. The covenant law is pronounced by the king in recreating Gods kingdom on this earth.

God has spoken all things into existence according to His legal obligation to uphold His covenant with David and all of Gods elect. God had to satisfy His justice by atoning for mans sin. Sin not only brought death into the world but also the process of destruction. All of Gods creation was cursed. So God had to satisfy the curse of the law in the death of His Son. These 6 kingdom pronouncements established the authority of God in allowing and preventing for the purpose of destroying all opposition in cursing the curse and establishing Gods perfect justice by blessing His elect.

God established His perfect government in eternity past. He revealed the perfect description of His justice and advocacy in the pronouncements. The Psalmist describes Gods eternal government and priesthood being present in the pronouncements as the revelation of Melchizedek. In eternity past God foreordained all things according to His government and high priestly work in the incarnation in order to unify the history before the cross and after the cross in these 6 pronouncements so that He could always be righteous and just.
