Psa 101:4 Men of perverse heart shall be far from me; I will have nothing to do with evil.
God created the world under the constraints of time. He did not create it in order to add a new kind of a thing. So we live in a world that has a limited number of parts that have been ordered by God. From God's view the world is in perfect order according to the line of blessing and cursing. The full consequences of evil effect the lives of people.
So when man fell into evil ,he began to destroy the opportunities of other men in becoming his own god. The Psalmist is not cursing the wicked because he is avoiding their sin. He understands that suffering of people as a result of the diminishing of opportunities as a result of men becoming their own gods.
The Psalmist describes the destruction that is created in society when the wicked rule. God's axioms are pronounced in opposition to these evils. God will respond to the axioms in bringing blessing and cursing together. The Psalmist is not trusting in his position or power. He views the axioms as God's words of recreation
