I don't usually accept truths for truths sake. I like to think about everything and compare it to scripture. But I don't like taking a scripture from one place and comparing it to another scripture in another place without understanding the context of both of the scriptures I am comparing. I believe that theology and doctrine are a way of thinking that has a significant impact on our lives. I believe this thinking determines the direction and patterns of thought that create our culture, and that it also has a significant impact on the general culture. However, I also believe that the general culture is taught to us by the way we speak, and that all speech other than what is taught in the Bible is either circular or contradictory.I think that the way we are taught affects the way we see all cultures and aspects of life, and that our mindset determines how we experience anxiety, fear, worry, or depression. Therefore, I believe that we create our own reality by the way we think, and that our outlook on life affects how we experience the world around us.However, in this culture, we think in a two-line way. Now, the Bible is impossible to understand because in every answer to our needs, it moves us in the opposite direction that we are naturally motivated. But I do not believe that simply coming to salvation changes our motives. Changing our minds involves using the scripture mechanically to erase our old tendencies to trust in how we attribute a cause to our experience and seeing everything both understandable and mysterious as a creative stroke of God.The salvation that Christians believe is more than just a message of redemption; it is also a way of thinking that allows us to be free. If we are free, then we will be able to see everything in this world – both the good and the bad – in relation to our deliverance. We seek to unify the inward and outward experience of Christianity through a creative way of thinking about God's pronouncements. This is instead of dividing the Christian life between the inward and outward, the doctrine and practice, the faith and works. We seek to think in ways that will protect us from experiencing any disunity. This means that we cannot have any explanation that separates our actions from God's creative purposes. Instead, we can either go positive, which is our vision of being absolutely legally pure before God, or go negative, which is pushing the curse down and pronouncing God's curse on our experiencing the curse. This is the only way that we are going to learn to think maturely.
